Nintendo is the Uberists

So my DS Lite's touch screen shat itself earlier this week for reasons unknown, needless to say...I was utterly miserable with the loss of functionality.   HOWEVER, I called up Nintendo's hot line late tuesday night, right before they were getting ready to close up shop expecting to get the run around and some bullshit like most companies give you when their product fucks you over....but I was taken by complete and utter surprise, it was like a blitz of happiness.  In about 20 minutes, the rep had unsuccessfully attempted to help me bypass the problem all the while she was quite friendly and professional....and she had a replacement DS on it's way out to me, at absolutely no cost to me...they even paid the shipping...which is simply stunning, the replacement even arrived here early....all I can say is this....Nintendo....You guys kick it.
